Our Team

  • Madison Dugdale (she/her)

    PRESIDENT

I have lived in Windsor-Essex County my whole life and I have a passion for aquaria and conservation! This led me to pursue a degree in Marine Biology from Dalhousie University and a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Windsor. I have had extensive experience with the maintenance of aquaculture systems and the proper care of aquatic species, with over 15 years of fish-raising experience. I hope to make a difference in my community for future generations to come!

  • Efua Lartey (she/her)

    TREASURER

I strongly believe in giving back to the communities we live in, as I know we all stand on the shoulders of those who came before us. I'm passionate about supporting the growth and development of children through arts, crafts, and creative learning including inspiring curiosity about aquatic life and the natural world. Professionally, I’m passionate about helping businesses thrive by leveraging my growing experience in finance, technology, and data. I hope to make a positive difference wherever I can, in any capacity I serve.

  • Anna Cyrganowicz (she/her)

    SECRETARY

Originally from Toronto, I moved to Windsor in 2023 and it quickly became home. I started out as a Law Clerk at a downtown family law firm, and then transitioned my career into the Ontario Government. I have served in various capacities across many ministries, and as a public servant, I care about my community and wish to see it thrive.

  • Noah Crowley (he/him)

    DIRECTOR

I am a college-educated business owner who spends free time with freshwater fish. I want to bring a more natural approach to aquariums by demonstrating the effectiveness of bringing outdoor material indoors.

  • Katie Robison (she/her)

    DIRECTOR

I am a hands-on college educated individual, assisting in building a business who enjoys keeping freshwater natural tanks in her spare time.

  • Silvia Dopazo (she/her)

    DIRECTOR

I'm a graduate of the University of Windsor with a degree in Biological Sciences with a deep-rooted passion for nature, conservation, and community. With a background grounded in science and a lifelong appreciation for the natural world, I'm committed to supporting environmental education and inspiring the next generation of nature stewards. Outside of my professional pursuits, I love gardening, practicing yoga, and spending meaningful time with my family and friends. I'm honoured to contribute to a project that celebrates our region’s biodiversity and fosters environmental awareness.
